Lemon & Dill Bean Salad

Beans, beans, good for your heart...

...and good for a quick lunch, or side...and easy on the wallet...and delicious!

LOVE this salad.


Lemon & Dill Bean Salad

1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt

Gently toss all ingredients together in a bowl.  Serve or refrigerate.
