I use sherry a lot for cooking - particularly creamy sauces. I love the flavor it gives so I might try that instead. As for Dreamfield, I should give it a try. I'm on Weight Watchers right now and I've been trying some of the whole wheat and multigrain pastas out there which are not nearly as bad as I thought they would be! So I'll give Dreamfield a try -- I bet it tastes better than the whole wheat varieties!Claudiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12237147854208922275noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1444721578481476273.post-33824417769201101842011-02-09T17:07:57.326-05:002011-02-09T17:07:57.326-05:00Hi Claudia! That would work. <br />As for Dreamfield - it's a low carb pasta that I started using when I was pregnant...I was able to convert my husband over to it (he's a HUGE pasta eater) so it's our go-to pasta here. No difference in taste, and much better for you!Melissa @IWasBornToCookhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01975202742115563688noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1444721578481476273.post-45576233452425573612011-02-09T16:56:29.898-05:002011-02-09T16:56:29.898-05:00That really looks and sounds fantastic! I remember seeing something about it on your blog but can't find it now.Claudiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12237147854208922275noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1444721578481476273.post-40643609696466865442011-02-09T11:28:47.482-05:002011-02-09T11:28:47.482-05:00It looks creamy and delicious. It looks creamy and delicious.Pamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05776870904791768530noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1444721578481476273.post-39984729640061722672011-02-09T00:45:49.897-05:002011-02-09T00:45:49.897-05:00Melissa, this really sounds delicious.
